Persian Kolouché

Koloche is a traditional Persian cookie from Northern Iran. This delicious, spicy cookie is filled with brown sugar, ground walnuts and cinnamon spice. Perfect for a snack in the afternoon with a hot cup of tea or coffee. It can also be made without walnuts (ie. nut free) for those with allergies.

Turkish Delight
